Our prescription pad holder is hand made with heavy duty English Bridle leather from Wickett & Craig. We designed the holder to fit in a white coat pocket and added a button closure to ensure that nothing falls out. The holder fits standard size prescription pads and has a pen holder to fit most pens.

How it's made:

Leather is cut from the hide and the pieces are trimmed down to size. Inner pieces are hand finished with decorative edge creasing and finishing to make them more durable. Then everything glued together and stitched. Next each of the edges are sanded down to even everything up before the final finishing touches: hand painting several layers of edge paint or traditional burnishing with beeswax and saddle soap. The last and final step is sealing the edges with our own mixture of edge finishing waxes to lock everything in place for a nice and durable product.
