Free shipping for all orders over $75. Orders under $75 will be a flat rate of $5.99.
All ready made items will ship within 1-2 business days of placing your order. If for any reason you need a rush on your order, please feel free to reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Once your item is shipped you will receive a tracking number to your e-mail address you used while checking out.
All of our bespoke items will generally take between 3-5 weeks depending on backlog and workload. If you have any questions regarding a custom order, please contact us with any questions.
Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your purchase. For any reason if our products are not up to your expectations, we offer a return or exchange on any unused item within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Send an e-mail to email@example.com - Include your order number and item you'd like to return along with a reason for the return or exchange
- You will receive an e-mail in a few days with an approval for return/exchange
- Pack the item(s) securely and send back to the address provided in the response e-mail
- Items will be inspected upon receipt
- Refunds will be processed within 2 weeks of receipt and inspection of the item(s)
- Unused means that the item(s) must be in the same condition as you received it without any stains, rips, tears, etc
- Return shipping and any exchange is at your expense
- You will receive a refund for the item(s) only, original shipping costs will not be refunded
- Returns/exchanges of items that have clearly been used are subject to rejection and items will be sent back to buyer at the buyer's expense
Due to the nature of custom made products, all sales are considered final, no returns or exchanges. Please contact me prior to ordering with any questions or if you would like to see additional pictures/etc of the leathers and or fabrics.
